Engineered InfoSec

JumpStart InfoSec provides the framework, tools, and guided instructions to build a structured, evidence-driven Information Security Management System (ISMS) that follows the natural order and logic of the applicable ISO/IEC requirements. The platform extends that foundation into privacy, cloud security, continuity, service management, supplier security, and AI governance.

JumpStart’s Engineered Compliance System (ECS) architecture begins with native emphasis on ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27701, and ISO/IEC 27018, with mapped support across the ISO/IEC 27000 family and related standards.

§ 01 · The discipline

The same engineering, aimed at information security

Not a dashboard that watches you. Not a consultant's blank template. An ECS is a flexible, deployable compliance framework that adapts to your organizational requirements.

01

Controlled-document architecture Documents

Framework templates are strategically placed in ordinal sequence and initialized with your organization profile, logo, and document-control fields. Templates are included for use as needed, but the ECS is the system.

02

Guided, clause by clause Implementation

Structured implementation through the standard's own shape, with evidence expectations, recurring compliance activities, and corrective-action workflows built into the path.

03

Built for the handoff Readiness

The platform's job is readiness logic. You begin your audit with a coherent, operational management system, packaged in the manner certification bodies expect.

§ 02 · The roadmap

The 27000 family, in sequence

ISO/IEC 27001 leads. The roadmap supports expansion across up to 20 ISO/IEC 27000-family and related information-security standards; each module ships when it is engineered, and this page will always distinguish available modules from roadmap modules.

One core, many extensions

The 27000 family is built to integrate: one management-system core with extensions for privacy, cloud, service management, continuity, and AI governance. JumpStart InfoSec is engineered the same way, so a program that starts at 27001 extends instead of restarting.

Operating under JumpStart ISO means the management-system discipline is shared: the same controlled-document architecture, the same audit and review cadence, the same honesty about who certifies. What changes is the subject matter.

§ 03 · The security core

Annex A, drawn to scale

ISO/IEC 27001:2022 carries 93 controls across four themes.

Your Statement of Applicability decides which of them apply; the ECS maps documents, evidence expectations, and recurring activities to each one, and keeps that statement current as the system runs.

People · 8Awareness & roles
Organizational · 37Policies & governance Physical · 14Sites & equipment Technological · 34Systems & crypto

Four themes at their real weights · ISO/IEC 27001:2022, Annex A · 93 total

§ 04 · The front door

One conversation, before anything ships

If ISO/IEC 27001 or the wider 27000 family is on your horizon, a conversation now shapes what ships first, and while this site is in design those conversations go through JumpStart Platforms.
